The fair is now underway and it’s a great event! Yesterday, I spent several hours as a volunteer booth sitter.
Hopefully helpful and totally a fun way to attend the event! Lots to see, eat and enjoy, be sure and not miss this one!
Mark your calendars for the upcoming Uptown Art Fair a truly fun event in it’s 47th year! Mark the dates August 6-8 ,2010! This is an event you don’t want to miss! There are over 360 professional artists, 40 youth artists, 25 performers, 20 food vendors and hundreds of Uptown businesses will help uphold the event’s 47 year legacy of excellence.

Sunday, August 8: 10am-6pm
LOCATION: The intersection of Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue and “The Mall” in Southwest Minneapolis. During the event, Art Fair Headquarters is located on Hennepin Avenue.

While the Sail boats played in the brisk warm breezes off of Lake Minnetonka, great exhibits by artists and craftsman were enjoyed on the main street of Wayzata this past weekend May 22 and 23rd. Enjoyable music accompanied the shopping experience!
Over 500 artists, potters, sculptors, musicians, glass blowers and so much more will be at the
Art -a-whirl studio and gallery tour! Weather looks to be great for this fantastic festival.
